9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Intellectual property rights are preserved
• Data return procedures will be followed

11. Internship Program Terms

For our internship programs, additional terms apply:

• Internships are educational and training opportunities
• No guarantee of employment upon completion
• Attendance and participation requirements must be met
• Intellectual property created during internships belongs to the company
• Code of conduct and professional behavior expected

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
